Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to visitors to this website and, together with a signed order or subscription agreement, to customers using the platform.

2. Accounts and access

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for managing user access within their tenant and for keeping credentials confidential.

3. Subscriptions and fees

Subscription scope, term, fees and renewal are set out in the order agreed with the customer. Implementation and support services are quoted separately.

4. Customer data

Customers retain ownership of the data they enter. We process it to provide the service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the customer agreement.

5. Acceptable use

The platform may not be used unlawfully, to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with service operation or to store content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Availability and changes

We may update platform features to improve the service. Material changes affecting agreed functionality are communicated in advance.

7. Support

Support scope and response expectations are defined in the customer's agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, this website and all associated materials remain the property of ERPFin360 and its licensors.

9. Warranties and liability

Warranties, limitations and exclusions of liability are set out in the customer agreement, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the customer agreement. On termination, customers may export their data within the agreed period.

11. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction are stated in the customer agreement.
